Has Your Business Outgrown Your Bookkeeping?

Most small businesses don't start with a full accounting department.

The owner handles some things. An office employee handles others.

Someone learns QuickBooks along the way.

    Then the company grows.

There are more customers, employees, credit cards, equipment loans, bills, projects, payroll and paperwork—and the system that once worked may no longer be enough.

    You may find yourself wondering:

    • Are my books actually accurate?
    • Are my bank and credit-card accounts properly reconciled?
    • Are my loans and equipment recorded correctly?
    • Why are old customer balances still showing?
    • Is everything we're doing actually getting invoiced?
    • Can I trust my financial reports?
    • Is there a better way to organize all of this?

That's where Bottom Line Solutions can help.

  • Meet Gina Haislett

Bottom Line Solutions was founded by Gina Haislett, a small-business accounting and administration professional with more than 20 years of hands-on experience.

Gina began working with QuickBooks Desktop in the early 2000s while managing the accounting and administrative side of a family-owned business. Over the years, her responsibilities expanded into payroll, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, sales-tax administration, employee records, insurance, compliance, financial reporting, and back-office operations.

    Experience That Goes Beyond Bookkeeping

Gina's experience includes setting up accounting systems for new businesses, converting companies to QuickBooks Online, training office staff, rebuilding disorganized accounting records, correcting historical bookkeeping problems, and helping business owners develop better financial and administrative processes.

Today, Gina serves as Director of Finance & Administration for a West Texas contractor while continuing to develop Bottom Line Solutions. Her approach is practical: understand what's happening, identify what needs attention, correct the underlying problems, and build systems that are easier to manage going forward.

    Built for Small-Business Owners

Having owned a small business herself and spent decades working alongside business owners, Gina understands that growth doesn't always happen neatly. Accounting systems, administrative processes, and financial records often have to catch up with the business.

Bottom Line Solutions provides practical, judgment-free support to help owners understand where they stand, determine what needs attention, and build a stronger financial back office.ly with small, owner-operated businesses, with particular experience in contractor and service-company environments.

  • Experience With Contractor & Service Businesses

Contractor and field-service businesses have accounting challenges that aren't always found in traditional office businesses.

Employees work in the field. Equipment is financed. Materials are purchased for specific jobs. Fuel, travel, per diem, repairs and subcontractors can significantly affect profitability. Field documentation has to make its way back to the office before customers can be invoiced.

Bottom Line Solutions has practical experience working with contractor and service businesses and understands the importance of connecting field operations with the financial side of the company.

We can help evaluate whether your current systems are giving you the information you need to manage the business effectively.
